Mission Statement
The Municipal Court is an independent branch of government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed in the Constitution and the laws of the United States and this State.
The Bradley Beach Municipal Court is a quasi-criminal court of limited jurisdication. The Court hears petty disorderly person offenses, disorderly person offenses, Weights and Measures infractions, SPCA violations, Fish & Game violations, Local Ordinances, as well as all traffic offenses.
Adjournment Policy
In order for your case to be adjourned, you must contact the court office the week before your scheduled appointment.
We do not adjourn cases the week of court, unless there is a true emergency, and documents are provided.
Traffic offenses can be paid online at www.njmcdirect.com, you will need your traffic summons in order to pay online.
Acceptable forms of payment to the court are:
cash, checks, money orders and debit or credit cards.
