Bradley Beach Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic matters, disorderly person offenses and borough ordinances, as well as S.P.C.A, Weights and Measures, Fish and Game, Parks and Forestry, and Transit violations.
The Bradley Beach, Avon-by-the-Sea & Allenhurst Municpal Courts are shared service courts and are operated out of the Bradley Beach location. Hours of Operation 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining the streets, beachfront, municipal buildings, and the collection of trash & recycling. The DPW operate a trash/recycling lot at 1107 Main Street for residents to dispose of trash, recycling, yard waste, etc. Hours of Operation 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Bradley Beach Tax Collector
The Tax/Sewer Collector's office is responsible for billing, receiving and collecting all property taxes and sewer accounts.
Taxes are due the first of February, May, August and November. We grant a 10 day grace period before interest is assessed. If the 10th falls on a holiday or weekend the grace period is extended to the next business day. (This also applies to the quarterly Sewer Bills). We cannot accept post-dated checks.
