5th Avenue Sewer Project
Sewer main installation from Madison Ave to Hammond Ave is complete, with work on the 600 block toward Main Street expected to finish by November 7. Sewer lateral replacements will follow through October 31, with curb, sidewalk, and ADA ramp work this fall and paving planned for Spring 2026.

Recreation Center Improvements
Old playground, fencing, and court equipment have been removed, and new playground equipment will be installed by October 24. Court paving and safety surfacing will follow, with substantial completion by November 7 and final court color coating in Spring 2026.
